About Us

Our company serves as the Korean distributor for TECLINE scuba diving equipment. Additionally, We are also developing and supplying software development and IOT solutions, which are our existing businesses.

Upon introducing TECLINE to Korea in 2014, we dedicated ourselves to garnering acclaim for the TECLINE regulator’s exceptional quality. Because the cracking pressure of the second stage of the TECLINE regulator is set at 20mmH2o, the diver can breathe very easily during inhalation. However, when adjusting the cracking pressure after overhaul or repair, it is not easy to set it by sucking 20mmH2o into the mouth and visually looking at the differential pressure gauge.

So, we began research to develop a device that could precisely control the cracking pressure to ensure comfortable breathing by lowering the cracking pressure as much as possible without causing free flow after repairing the regulator. After numerous iterations, we successfully developed SRTD, SRSA, and finally the current SRSD.

CEO

I majored in computer science and statistics at university and worked as a software engineer for more than 10 years. After that, I started working in factory automation and became an electrician and electronics engineer. During this period, my expertise in software development synergized effectively while developing modules related to sequencer control and automation.

Scuba diving, which I used to do as a hobby, became my business in 2014, and while repairing diving regulators, I felt the need for an accurate machine and developed SRSD.

The intermediate pressure setting shows the measured value by simply connecting a pressure gauge, so even if we consider errors, we can check an almost accurate intermediate pressure by using multiple pressure gauges. However, when measuring cracking pressure, we must inhale the second stage of the regulator with our mouths to create negative pressure, listen for air flowing out, or measure the differential pressure gauge again while watching the point at which the intermediate pressure gauge drifts negatively.

During this process, many errors occur for various reasons.
Typically, when testing for water tightness, the second stage of the regulator is sucked hard with the mouth to check whether the vacuum is maintained. However, since the cracking pressure we measure is an micro vacuum pressure of less than 2 inches of water, it is not easy to detect micro leaks from the connected parts or inside of the regulator. Therefore, in order to reduce these errors as much as possible, a special device is needed that can accurately measure the value specified by the manufacturer without relying on the operator’s senses or experience.

For all processes, when the preceding process is 100% achieved, the subsequent process can also achieve perfect results.
To set the cracking pressure, the intermediate pressure must be accurately set from the supply air pressure recommended by the manufacturer.
Another important prerequisite is that a micro-vacuum test must be performed in order to set the cracking pressure, which is the micro-vacuum pressure.

However, with the existing method, this entire process was done based on the worker’s senses and experience.

If you use an SRSD to adjust the cracking pressure of your scuba regulator, you can easily, quickly, and confidently set it to the manufacturer-specified value.

A detailed explanation of why and how SRSD can prevent these errors will be provided in the product description.
