SRSD-S01

This model is housed in a small aluminum case for use on narrow worktops and is not equipped with analog gauges. You can use the pressure gauge and differential pressure gauge you already have by connecting them to the port installed on the back.

Basic technical data
SRSD provides accurate pressure values using a precision pressure sensor with an error of ±1.0% FS and an advanced digital pressure measurement method, and uses a micro-vacuum pump to accurately and continuously maintain a negative pressure of less than 1 kPa, replacing the existing oral suction method. It is a scuba regulator service device that replaces and allows all measured values to be used as needed in analog and digital format, allowing work that was previously dependent on human senses to be done according to the values measured by the machine.

For safety, the device is not connected directly to the high-pressure tank, but is connected to the inflator hose of the first stage of the regulator, and a 12V external power adapter is used for power.

The analog pressure gauge connected to the inflator hose of the first stage of the regulator shows the current pressure value, and the pressure value sent from a separately installed pressure transmitter is quantified and displayed as a digital gauge or time-series graph.

The analog differential pressure gauge connected to the second stage of the regulator shows the current cracking pressure, and the values sent from the vacuum pump and differential pressure transmitter are quantified and displayed as a digital gauge or time-series graph.

The zero point and intensity of the digital measurement value can be adjusted using the physical volume knob attached to the device and the sensor control function in the settings of the application software based on the calibrated analog gauge.

If there is no I.P supply pressure or the vacuum pump pressure remains higher than 82mmH2o for 1 minute, there is a function that automatically turns off the power for safety and to prevent overload.
